Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta has appointed Sir Festus Ahon, Vanguard Bureau Chief, Asaba as his Chief Press Secretary CPS.
The duo took the oath of office as administered by the Chief Judge of Delta State, Justice Theresa Diai, on Monday.
