Facts have emerged that women and children holed up in the Nigeria Consulate in South Africa have been hit by hunger.
The families have been hanging around the Consulate awaiting the next flight to Nigeria by Air Peace.
They are fleeing from xenophobic attacks in South Africa.
Available information has it that the next Air Peace flight will leave South Africa on Sunday.
Some of the women and children, who are Nigerians, were unable to travel with the first flight because they are married to Zimbabweans.
Most of the families hanging around the Consulate do have anywhere to go as a result of the xenophobic attacks as they have left their accommodation.
