The awardees who will be selected from the fashion design and photography talent tracks will get training from ace fashion designer, Mai Atafo, and renowned photographer, Kelechi Amadi.

With the conclusion of the activations across the South West region, Isedowo has now fulfilled its promise by giving N30 million cash grants to 100 artisans in Osun, Ekiti, Ondo, Oyo and Ogun States.
The event, which was well attended by a cross-section of artisans and citizens of the state with diverse interests, was held at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan on February 2, 2018
The scheme is part of the Goldberg brand’s affinity with the people of the South West beyond culture and tradition
The 28 beneficiaries received a business grant of N300,000 each after being selected from a large pool of over 700 business entries received in the state
This is coming on the heels of successful activations in Osun and Ekiti States where 32 artisans received N300,000 each in the last three months.
So far, 32 artisans and small scale business operators have been supported with N300,000 each by Isedowo in Osun and Ekiti States, while the project continues in other South West States.
The initiative, which is aimed at supporting young Yoruba men and women to grow their businesses, was launched at the palace of the revered monarch, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II last week Thursday in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
Emmanuel Agu, the Portfolio Manager, Mainstream Lager and Stout Brands, Nigerian Breweries Plc, said in addition to Goldberg’s commitment to culture and the tradition of the Yoruba people, it would use Isedowo to inspire entrepreneurship in the region thus impacting employment and income generation.
