The Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, has felicitated with Muslims in Nigeria as they mark their festival of sacrifice, popularly called Eid al-Adha.
Ikpeazu called on them to pray and sacrifice for the peace and unity of the country.
He added in a statement: “Willingness to sacrifice what we love for greater good of our country will lead us collectively to prosperity as Nigerians and help engender peace and love for one another.
“As you celebrate Eid al-Kabir, may Allah fill your life with happiness, love and wisdom on this blessed day of sacrifice.”
