An Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court, Ibadan, on Monday, ordered the remand of one Ibrahim Abiala, 19, in custody, who is standing trial over alleged murder. The court ordered that Abiala, whose address was not provided, should be held in the Correctional Centre. The Magistrate, Olasinmibo Sanusi-Zubair, who did not take the plea of the defendant for want of jurisdiction, directed the police to send the case file to the Director of Public Prosecution for legal advice.
