Victor Emuankhagbon, the Chairman of Esan South East Local Government Area of Edo, on Saturday confirmed that six deaths were recorded in the flooded communities in the area.

The communities which are mostly on the bank of River Niger, had their crops, such as rice, were washed away by the flood.
