According to available information, the two of them are waiting to meet with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Speculations were also rife that the governor sacked his Chief Security Officer in the wake of the crisis that rocked the State House of Assembly following the move to impeach him and the ensuing pandemonium.
Fubara issued the challenge in a statement issued in Port Harcourt on Monday.
According to him, Wike’s intention is to force Fubara’s deputy to resign after a successful impeachment and install the Speaker of the state House of Assembly as governor.
