Browsing: Beyond bounds

As she walked towards the SUV Lemmy moved to the side where he opened the door to the driver’s seat. 

“Sweetheart, I know you missed me. I missed you more – I believe,” she said in a casual manner. “I spent all the time with my parents and, well, the unthinkable happened.” 

But because the most unexpected things do happen, she created space in her mind for the remote possibility of another man in her life.
