The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad is at the head of a seven-member panel as the Supreme Court began the hearing of two applications by a former Governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha, and members of the All Progressives Congress in Zamfara State.
Ihedioha and the APC members are challenging the ruling of the Supreme Court on the 2019 general election in their states.
Other Justices on the panel are Sylvester Ngwuta, Kayode Ariwoola, Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, Inyang Okoro, Amina Augie and Uwani Abba-Aji.
