The Lagos State Police Command has been applauded by the Lagos State House of Assembly for uncovering the suspected killers of Sani Olaniyi, a senior aide to Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola.
The police charged the trio of Peter Terkimbi, Aondongu Hemboar and Justine Iorbee with criminal conspiracy, inciting disturbance, mischief by fire and culpable homicide, punishable under Sections 97, 116, 337 and 222 of the Penal Code Law of Benue State, 2004.
