Prosecuting Sergeant Oluseye Akinola told the court that the accused conspired with others still at large to commit murder.

Sodiq and Taoreed, whose addresses are unknown, were charged on a two-count charge of conspiracy and murder.

The Chief Magistrate,  Munirat Giwa-Babalola, who did not take the defendant’s plea, ordered that the case file be sent to the Oyo State Directorate of Public Prosecution for advice.

The Senior Magistrate, Munirat Giwa-Babalola, who did not take the plea of the defendant, remanded him pending advice from the Oyo State Directorate of Public Prosecutions.
