A Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and the Attorney General of the Federation to respect the status quo on their plans to confiscate the assets and property belonging to the immediate-past Governor of Zamfara, Abdulazeez Yari.

The Federal High Court, Abuja on Monday summoned the Attorney General of the Federation and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to appear before it over plans to seize the property of the immediate-past Governor Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara State.
