Speaking during the special enforcement operation involving the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, the Special Operations Team of the Governor’s Office and the Lagos State Building Control Agency, the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr. Idris Salako, reiterated that obtaining Planning Permit from the Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority was a necessary pre-condition for commencing building construction in Lagos State.
The agency said the building was located at 12, Alasepe Street, off Community Road, Ago Palace Way, Okota in Lagos State.
In line with the administration’s plan to embark on urban regeneration of identified communities in Lagos, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu early on Saturday visited some locations in Lagos Island.
