“I wish to declare the 2016 Calabar carnival village open to all. The 2016 carnival will be better and bigger.

According to him, the airline will be managed by Dana Group under a Public Private Partnership arrangement.
The governor said the airline was expected to debut in November and would fly Calabar, Obudu, Lagos and Abuja routes
