Tinubu announced this on Tuesday while inaugurating the Renewed Hope Livestock Reform Implementation Committee.

The approval was sequel to the consideration of a report by the Committee on Local and Foreign Debts Chaired by Senator Clifford Ordia (PDP-Edo Central).

The Secretary to the State Government and Chairman, Local Organising Committee for the event, Taiwo Adeoluwa, disclosed this in Abeokuta after a meeting with representatives of the Federal Ministry of the Environment from Abuja in his office.
