The case between some Lagos journalists and other claimants versus Prince Tunji Ogunwusi’s Primewaterview Holdings; National President of the National Association of Women Journalists, Ifeyinwa Omowole; former Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists in Lagos States, Deji Elumoye; Tosin Odusola; and NUJ will come up for hearing on March 13, 2019 at the Lagos Multidoor ADR, Igbosere, Lagos, with the mediator, Dupe Ogunsanwo, urging all interested parties to appear at the sitting in their own interest in order to find amicable resolution to the case.

Addressing the press at the Lagos NUJ secretariat, flanked by his lawyer, Chief Adebisi Ogundipe, and the Chairman of the NUJ in Lagos State, Deji Elumoye, the hotelier explained that he is doing a genuine business and does not harbour criminals, wondering why the hotel had remained shut despite consistent appeal and efforts to see it reopened
