Aliyu Idris, the Permanent Secretary, Bauchi State Ministry of Justice, made this known while unveiling the gazetted copies of the amended Violence Against Persons Prohibition Laws (VAPP) on Tuesday in Bauchi.

Jafiya said the command had arrested two suspects, Mohammed Bukar, 33, and Aliyu Idris 25, both from Borno State, with a stolen car, locally made master car key and other materials.
