The lady at the receiving end of the hijab controversy at the Nigeria Law School, Firdaus Amasa Al-janah was on Wednesday night honoured by the Coalition of Islamic Organisation of Nigeria.
Al-janah, who was denied graduating last year, was eventually called to the Bar this year.
Hajia Aminat Namadi Sambo, wife of former Vice President Namadi Sambo, was one of the guests at the Grand Reception in her honour at National Mosque, Abuja on Wednesday night.
