Passengers accuse Aero Contractors of bullying

A video showing people accusing Aero Contractors of bullying its passengers after giving them boarding passes has trended online.

The airline was said to have refused to carry some of its passengers who already had their luggage in the aircraft.

In the video, an unidentified woman complained that she had a Number 4 ticket but her seat was given to someone else.

She said that after checking them in and on getting to the aircraft, they were told that they could not board.

Some of the passengers were also seen harassing and pushing the flight attendants aside to see the person in charge.

Some of the passengers were also seen standing very close to the aircraft to prevent it from moving.

In May 2021, Aero Contractors was accused of leaving passengers stranded at the airport after they arrived to board their evening flight.

However, the company blamed the passengers for not being updated on its schedule, saying it had sent messages and emails to the flight ticket holders to notify them of its decision.
