It would be an intense showdown of beauty at the Exquisite Face of the Universe world finals slated to hold in the breathtakingly beautiful island of Sao Tome & Principe from November 22 to December 5, 2015.
Over 50 beauty queens from all over the world will strut their stuff in a bid to clinch the ultimate title: Exquisite Face of the Universe 2015.
Exquisite Face of the Universe is an internationally acclaimed world beauty pageant, with its focal point on the promotion of culture and tourism.
Nigeria would be ably represented by Ambassador of Beauty and Tourism, Queen Collete Nwadike.
Nwadike, who is an Honours graduate of English, is currently a Special Assistant to the Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano.
She has worked hard to make her mark in the world of beauty and modeling all the while, bringing succour and meaning to the lives of the less privileged around the country via her foundation, which centres on welfare and empowerment.
In 2001, Agbani Darego made history by becoming the first Black Miss World.
The desire this year is to see history repeat its self as Nwadike departs Nigeria for Sao Tome & Principe to join 50 beauties from all over the world in her quest to become the first Black Exquisite Face of the Universe.
Preparing to fly high the national flag on the international stage alongside 50 nations, Nwadike has gone the extra mile to ensure in physical appearance, mind, character and more she becomes the obvious choice for the crown, thus bringing pride and glory to Nigeria.
Nwadike was selected via a portfolio screening and is being groomed and prepared by Aurora International, a top notch beauty, events and lifestyle outfit.
Speaking on the pageant preparations, ex-beauty queen and CEO of Aurora International, Tomi Lydia Salami, expressed confidence in her delegate.
Salami said: “Collete embodies the qualities of a Queen – inside and out.
“She is also being coached in etiquette, elocution, catwalk, poise, slating and many more.
“She works out at the gym practically everyday.
“We’ve left no stone unturned in our bid to make her stand out in the upcoming competition.
“I believe history is about to be made again.
“It’s high time Nigeria brought home the crown.”
Nigerians have been urged to support Nwadike as she embarks on this special assignment to promote the Beauty, Culture and Tourism potential of Nigeria and Africa to the world.
