The National Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal in Kaduna State is yet to receive any petition on the outcome of the March 28 elections.
The Secretary of the tribunal, Hannatu Bello, made this known in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Friday in Kaduna.
According to Bello, the tribunal is still waiting for any petition that may follow the outcome of the polls.
“All complains must be made within 21 days after the declaration of the winner by INEC,” she said.
Bello said the tribunal would not accept any petition brought after the 21 days as stipulated by electoral law.
