Fathia Balogun finally changes surname

Nollywood star actress, Fathia Balogun, finally changed her surname from Balogun to Williams on her Instagram social media platform a few hours ago.
The new development is coming after her ex-hubby and Nollywood actor, Saheed Balogun, about a month ago threatened to drag her to court over the continued use of his surname despite the fact that they were divorced.
Balogun was quoted to have said during the heated argument: “She is my ex.
“As for my name that she is still answering, the deed will be done soon.
“The Nigerian law stipulates that after three four years, you can do something about it.
“If somebody wants to keep my name, what of the new person coming?
“This has nothing to do with grudges.”
In response to Balogun’s threat, Fathia, replied her ex husband.
She said: “I laugh.
“My name is Fathia Balogun and it’s going to remain Balogun.
“Nobody can ever change that and nobody can stop me answering that name.”
