The lingering legal battle between Chocolate City Entertainment and its estranged artiste, Ashimi Olawale Ibrahim, popularly known as Brymo, comes up on January 14, 2014 at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos State.
The case was adjourned because the presiding judge was unavoidable absent.
The case has been adjourned twice.
The first was on November 11, 2014.
However, the presiding judge was not the only one missing as neither Brymo nor his counsel were available for the hearing, leaving only the Chocolate City Entertainment counsel, C.O. Madubuko from L and A Legal Consultants, as the only party present.
The legal battle between the two is as a result of Brymo’s exit from the record label.
