Nwankwo Kanu loses mum

Nigerian football legend, Nwankwo Kanu, has lost his mum, Susan Kanu Iheme, reports reaching The Eagle Online said.
The mother of the former Arsenal striker gave up the ghost on September 7 in Owerri, the Imo State capital.
Kanu is yet to make an official statement on the development.
His phone rang out when The Eagle Online called him.
He was also yet to reply to a text message sent to him by The Eagle Online.
