NFF crisis: Giwa faction vows to take over Secretariat today

The crisis rocking the Nigeria Football Association appears not yet ready to abate.
The Barrister Chris Giwa faction of the football federation has vowed to take over the secretariat of the NFF, popularly known as the Glass House, on Monday (today).
According to a member of the faction, Effiong Johnson, the Giwa faction would arrive at the secretariat at 8am.
Johnson said the faction had already served the one led by Amaju Pinnick the papers to quit office.
The papers served were said to be those obtained from the court.
Last week, an attempt by Giwa to take over the secretariat resulted in his arrest by the police.
He was later released.
As at 7am on Monday, security had been beefed up at the Glass House in Abuja.
Over 20 armed policemen were seen around the premises.
Three police patrol vehicles were seen there.
The 1st Vice President of the Pinnick group, Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi, has, however, said the move by Giwa, who is expected to report to the Police on Monday at Wuse Police Station, after being granted bail on Friday, would be met with brutal resistance.
