Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on Wednesday congratulated Prof. Ibrahim Gambari on his appointment as the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, calling it a befitting development that is rooted in dedication, loyalty and history.

A statement by Kwara State University Malete, where he is the Chancellor said that Gambari’s appointment letter, dated May 11, was signed by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Zeid Ra’ad AI Hussein.
