Governor Fubara stated this at the 6th Yearly Lecture of SWAAYA Limited, publishers of Freedom Online, on Thursday in Lagos.

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory gave the condition when he featured on a Channels Television programme: “Politics Today.”
Announcing this in a broadcast on Wednesday, Fubara said the holidays would enable residents of the state to prepare for the election.
Dr. Odili said this on Thursday in Ndoni, his hometown in the Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni Local Government Area of the state.
Governor Fubara also presented the staff of office and a certificate of recognition to the former Niger Delta agitator.
He said this to newsmen on Tuesday on the state of Rivers State in the first 10 months of Fubara’s administration.
