In other bouts on Friday, Abolaji “Afonja Warrior ” Rasheed knocked out Ghana’s Adjei Sowah to win the West African middleweight title, while Olaide “Fijaborn” Fijabi also knocked out Djamiou Ekekpo of the Benin Republic to win the sub-regional light welterweight title
The professional boxing tourney will feature six bouts. The headline bout will see Abolaji “Afonja Warrior” take on Ghana’s Adjei Sowah for the West African middleweight title.
