Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court
Abdullahi was arraigned for assault.
The accused, of no fixed address, appeared before an Ebute Meta Magistrates’ Court on a two-count charge of reckless driving and causing the death of a motorist.
Prosecutor Kehinde Omisakin told the court that the accused committed the offence on January 26 at 3.00 p.m. at No. 24, Lasi Street, Kudehinbu in Ijegun, a Lagos suburb.
Ajibade, 34, a.k.a. Farakin and Isah,25, a.k.a. Eti, who allegedly belong to O-Strong and Ijikenji Confraternity, were brought before the court on a charge of murder.
Police Prosecutor, Chinalu Uwadione, had told the court that the accused committed the offences on February 25, 2015 in Akoka area of Lagos.
The prosecutor, Moses Uademevbo, told the court that the defendant committed the offence sometimes in June about 9.30pm at Iddo railway terminus compound.
The accused are: Emmanuel Nwankwo, 41; Rilwan Lateef, 31; Tope Adedayo, 26; Damilola Habeeb, 20; Lawrence Ogbodo, 36; Lateef Durosomo, 29; Sakiru Alison, 31; and Maxwell Omoregbe, 30.
The accused was arraigned alongside 40-year-old Babatunde Saka for alleged murder.
The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge
