Irukera made the submission when he led a delegation of the CPC, top officials from the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture and United Nations Industrial Development Organisation on a courtesy visit to Governor Akinwunmi Ambode at the Lagos House in Alausa, Ikeja.
Ambode charged all Ministries, Departments and Agencies in the state to cooperate and comply with the Public Procurement regulations in order to ensure proper utilization of government funds and resources.
In his condolence message to the Tinubu Family and the Akinwunmi Ambode-led Lagos State Government, Obasa prayed to God to give the deceased a peaceful rest and the family as well as the state government the fortitude to bear the huge loss.

They also heaped praises on the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa; the representative of Agege State Constituency 2 in the state House of Assembly, Hon. Oluyinka Ogundimu; and the newly appointed state Commissioner for Waterfront Infrastructure Development, Dr. Samuel Adejare, for the positive roles they played in bringing the project to fruition.
