A former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Dr. Rilwanu Lukman, is dead.
According to a report monitored on the website of Leadership newspaper, Lukman died in Austria in the early hours of Monday.
Lukman also served as Secretary General of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries.
He was born on August 26, 1933.
