The Ogun State Police Command on Friday uncovered a decomposed corpse of an unidentified woman from a bush near an uncompleted building in the Ogijo axis of the state.
The Command’s Public Relations Officer, Omolola Odutola, confirmed the incident in a statement made available to The Eagle Online.
In the statement on Saturday, Odutola said a resident of the community, identified as Olukayode Abiodun, reported the discovery of the dead body of the yet-to-be-identified woman lying inside a bush close to an uncompleted building within the jurisdiction of Ogijo Police Division.

Responding to the report, Odutola, a Superintendent of Police, said a police team visited the spot and photographs were taken.
She added that the Health Officers of Sagamu Local Government Area were immediately contacted for possible evacuation.
