The Ogun State Government is likely to present a bill to the State House of Assembly that will make kidnappers to face death penalty.
The Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, made this known through his Twitter on Monday.
This followed persistent kidnapping cases in the South Western part of the country, including Osun State.
According to Abiodun: “We are considering death penalty for kidnappers in Ogun state.”
