A Federal High Court in Abuja will deliver judgment on Justice Gladys Olotu’s compulsory retirement on September 12.
Olotu had challenged her retirement by the Federal Government for alleged judicial misconduct.
The judge, Justice Abdul Kafarat, gave the date after parties concluded their arguments in the matter.
It would be recalled that the National Judicial Council recommended the compulsory retirement of Olotu.
