Fresh facts have just emerged of how compere extraordinary and master of details, Femi Segun, died.
Segun was said to have passed on as a result of spinal cord injuries in the early hours of Friday.
He was involved in a power bike crash on March 19, 2014.
According to an insider: “He wasn’t speeding, but got hit by a car.”
He was said to have been rushed to an undisclosed hospital, where it was discovered he had suffered injuries to his spinal cord.
Further checks by The Eagle Online revealed that intimated with the extent of damage to the connected personality’s body, family members opted to ferry him abroad for better medical care before he gave up the ghost on Friday.
Segun, until his death, was a member of Lagos Rotary Club, a Lagos Senatorial aspirant for the Lagos West Senatorial District in the 2003 election.
He was the estranged hubby of Yeni Kuti, a union that produced a grown up girl named Rolari.
He was also survived by kids from a second wife, who works with the Lagos State Government.
Segun, who was at a time the face of Crusader Insurance Company, following his several commercial shots for the company, will greatly be missed by family and friends.
