Nigerian midfielder, Victor Moses, is back in action after a successful a toe surgery at end of last season.
Moses starred for 45 minutes as Chelsea began their pre-season campaign with a 8-2 win over Fulham at the Blues’ training ground in Cobham.
Chelsea took an early lead through Willian after the Brazilian latched onto a pass from Batshuayi and slotted the ball past David Button.
Chelsea doubled their advantage two minutes later when Michy Batshuayi unselfishly crossed for Willian to score.
Fulham pulled a goal back when Cesar Azpilicueta diverted the ball past goalkeeper Willy Caballero from inside the six-yard box.
Batshuayi fired home to make it 3-1 and then bagged his second after racing clear of the defence to slot the ball past Button.
Willian completed his hat-trick just before the break with a thunderous drive.
Fulham scored the second from the penalty spot through Stefan Johansen in the 55th minute but Chelsea made it 6-2 when Kenedy beat his man down the left and set up Loic Remy who passed the ball into the unguarded net.
Cheksea scored their seventh from the penalty spot through Azpilicueta after Jeremie Boga proved too quick and skilful for Tim Ream.
Remy capped an impressive run-out with another penalty after the striker was brought down by Button inside the box.
