I was at the cinema recently, and I saw an old friend. She had always been pretty, but she glowed exceptionally that day. I asked for the secret to her newfound glow and she laughed…. She said I wouldn’t believe it if she told me, but she proceeded to tell me anyway. I was indeed surprised when she told me what the secret is…. She said she had been feeding on semen. That was the secret to her glow.
I was curious to ask about her exact routine, but that wasn’t the place and the time, so I decided to do my own digging.
I know that it has actually been clinically proven that semen is beneficial to women. So let’s dig deeper.
Semen is the fluid that holds sperm. Sperm is a cell that swims around in the fluid, trying to reach the egg and impregnate the female. Apart from its reproductive purposes, semen is quite nutritious and has a bunch of interesting properties.
Semen does not have a particular taste. It varies from person to person, depending on circumstances like diet, health and hygiene.
As crazy as it sounds, semen has a multitude of benefits stemming from the minerals and nutrients it contains. And those seminal benefits can be passed directly on to you.
Studies have revealed that sperm may combat anxiety, depression and inflammation.
Semen is not only loaded with benefits, it is also low fat. Each teaspoon of ejaculate – the average amount of ejaculate produced at one time – is around five to seven calories, which is about the same as a stick of gum.
Here are some of its benefits:
- Mood booster: In a recent survey of women who had sex with and without condoms, it was found that those who didn’t use condoms had lower levels of depression and better moods. Among women who “always” or “usually” used condoms, about 20 per cent reported suicidal thoughts, but among those who used condoms only “sometimes,” the figure was much lower at 7 per cent. Among women who “never” used condoms, only 5 per cent reported suicidal thoughts. Semen contains mood-enhancing hormones and compounds. Women who don’t use condoms tend to be less depressed. Semen also includes mood enhancers such as: Oxytocin, Progesterone, Endorphins, Prolactin, TRH and Serotonin.
- Reduces anxiety: Anti-anxiety hormones such as oxytocin and progesterone and serotonin are also found in semen. Semen is rich in hormones and antioxidants that may protect against anxiety.
-
Combats oxidative stress: Semen contains antioxidant hormones/peptides such as NGF, oxytocin and progesterone. These antioxidants may combat oxidative stress in your body. Some other oxidants included are: Melatonin, SOD, Catalase, Glutathione peroxidase (GPx), Glutathione, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Pyruvate and Carnitine.
-
Longevity: This might be hard to swallow, but yes, semen can make you live longer. Spermidine (originally isolated from sperm, hence the name), when ingested, has been proven to dramatically increase the lifespan of animals by as much as 25 per cent. In the same study, it was also found to prevent liver disease as well as liver cancer.
-
Cognitive functioning: Nerve growth factor does a lot for the body. In addition to being an antidepressant, an anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant, it’s also known to help stop the brain from aging. Nerve growth factor, which is very abundant in semen, is vital for maintaining the brain’s neurons. Neurons process and transmit information; they’re what makes the brain work. Survival of these neurons is essential for you to have a working brain!
Now let’s consider how to get these awesome benefits.
INGESTION: Swallowing semen is the quickest way to get all of the benefits of your man’s spunk. Yes, it is healthy to eat sperm. A spoonful of your man’s juice is just the vitamin shot you need, because semen is full of zinc, potassium, magnesium, calcium and citrate. The body absorbs the nutrients easily.
Surprisingly, these nutrients not only benefit the inside of the body, but the outside as well. In addition to increasing longevity and aiding in healthy hair, spermidine is an antioxidant and is great for the skin. It’s believed to smoothen skin, lessen wrinkles, and even diminish acne.
Sperm can also be applied topically for its benefits.
Keynotes:
It is important to note that some people can be allergic to semen. Before you go smearing it on your skin or ingesting it, know that there is an allergy called Human Seminal Plasma Protein Hypersensitivity. It can lead to an allergic reaction, including itching, wheezing, hives, chest tightness and difficulty in breathing.
Make sure your source of semen is STD-free! You will do a lot more harm than good if your source is infected. You can get STDs from oral sex, anal sex and getting sex fluids in your eyes! As much as you want to have fun, you should also play safe.
So if this is something you want to try, this weekend will be good time to start.
