The command’s Deputy Commissioner of Police, Administration, Bukar Biu, said at a press briefing on Friday in Gusau that one of the attackers was killed in the encounter.

Its spokesman, Muhammad Shehu, told the News Agency of Nigeria in Tsafe that the bandits rode into the village on motorcycles, around 7.30pm
