The order was given by Magistrate Omolola Akindele following a criminal complaint filed by an activist, Kenechukwu Okeke, following the massive destruction that attended the #EndSARS protest.
In the suit filed on Monday by the activist, 49 others apart from Adeyemi were dragged before a Chief Magistrate’s Court in Abuja in a criminal complaint for the alleged role they played in the #EndSARS protest, which was later hijacked by hoodlums
Adeyemi reacted via his Twitter handle a few hours after the news filtered out that an activist, Kenechukwu Okeke, had gone to court over the protest
Adeyemi spoke against the backdrop of the violence that trailed the hijacking of the #EndSARS protest.
Adeyemi, who shared several tweets on his Twitter page on Sunday, said no sane people should fault the youth’s call for justice.

He stated that he was highly disappointed in those that called themselves men of God, explaining that if truly they have the calling of God, they would not have advocated and agreed with the Federal and Lagos State Governments on the continued restriction on religious activities.
