The Chief Magistrate, Patrick Adekomaiya, ordered that Lukas be remanded at the Awarjigoh Correctional Centre, Badagry, after he pleaded not guilty to a count of assault.

The police charged the defendant, whose address was not given, with one count of defilement on Tuesday.
The Chief Magistrate, Patrick Adekomaiya, ordered that the defendant should be remanded at the Kirikiri Medium Correctional Centre and adjourned the case until March 8 for hearing.
The defendants – Oladejo Julius, 38; Chukwujeku Orawumba, 37, and Usman Aliyu, 52 – whose addresses were not given, are facing three counts of stealing, selling and receiving stolen properties.
A 29-year-old man, Samuel Akodeku, was on Friday in Badagry, Lagos State, granted a N300,000 bail over alleged unlawful sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl at a church premises in Seme Border.
The accused, who is being tried for a two-count charge of stealing and obtaining money under false pretences, was released on a N2 million bail.
