Dingyadi said this Monday in Abuja at the opening of a retreat on “Strengthening Interagency Collaboration and Organisational Effectiveness for the Ministry of Police Affairs and Relates Agencies”.
In a statement on Tuesday by the Press Secretary to the Minister, Osaigbovo Ehisienmen, Dingyadi said the highly reprehensible attack was an act of declaration of hostility against the Nigerian state.
Represented by the Minister of Police Affairs, Muhammad Dingyadi, Buhari said the essence of the training college was to enhance operational capacity of the Nigeria Police Special Forces in dealing with current threats of insurgency, banditry, kidnapping, armed robbery, civil insurrection and other emerging crimes plaguing the country.
The Minister of Police Affairs, Alhaji Muhammad Dingyadi, has urged members of the Board of Trustees of the Nigeria Police Trust Fund to ensure transparency and accountability in the discharge of their duties.
