The trial of Idoko Sunday and Katdel Dabit, two policemen, who allegedly killed an Assistant Superintendent of NSCDC, Ogah Jumbo, was on Monday stalled in the Federal High Court, Abuja over fear of alleged “bias’’ raised by the family.
In keeping with the assurances by the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, to ensure transparent, accountable, comprehensive and speedy investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of the Ogar Jumbo, an Assistant Superintendent of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, the Police on Wednesday arraigned in Court the two Traffic Wardens — TW GII Idoko Sunday and TW GII Katdel Dabit — for complicity in the unfortunate death of the NSCDC Officer.
The Nigeria Police said on Wednesday that two of its officers who allegedly killed Ogar Jombo, a personnel of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps had been arraigned in court.
