While speaking at the short ceremony, Chairman, House Committee on Public Accounts, Hon. Busayo Oluwole Oke ( PDP-OSUN) expressed satisfaction over the feat.
The institutions are the Usmanu Danfodio University, Sokoto; University of Nigeria, Nsukka; and University of Lagos.
