The Presiding Judge, Daniel Damulak, sentenced Tukur following his guilty plea to theft in the court on Monday in Jos.

This was disclosed in a circular signed by the Director, Financial policy and Regulation Department, Ibrahim Tukur, entitled Cessation of Non-Permissible Activities by Microfinance Banks on Friday.

The guidelines are contained in a circular by Ibrahim Tukur, CBN’s Director, Financial Policy and Regulation Department.

Tukur was among suspects paraded by the spokesman of the Katsina State Police Command, Gambo Isah, in Katsina on Wednesday.
