The Tribunal had fixed judgment in the petition filed by the All Progressives Congress candidate, Gboyega Oyetola.

A classmate of the Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, at the Government College, Kaduna, Mohammed Kabiru Yaro, on Tuesday told the Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Ilorin that the governor possesses genuine and authentic West African Examinations Council certificate.

The Kaduna State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal has been inaugurated on  Monday at the Kaduna High Court along Ibrahim Taiwo Road.

The materials were tendered by Prof. Olusola Kolapo, the Peoples Democratic Party governorship candidate at the elections, through their counsel, Yusuf Ali (SAN), as part of evidence to prosecute their case.

Delivering the judgment, Dada said out of the 27 witnesses called by the petitioners at the trial, none of them could lead credible evidence to establish or prove the allegations before the court
