Browsing: Chief Magistrates’ Court in Sokoto

The Chief Magistrate, Fatima Hassan, granted the accused bail in the sum of N500,000 and two sureties in like sum.

Those sentenced by the court were Aminu Yahatu-Tafida, Umar Abubakar and Mas’ud Gidado, all residents of Sokoto.

The accused, Aminu Hayatu-Tafida, Umar Abubakar, Mas’ud Abubakar-Gidado and Aliyu Shehu Kangiwa, are all residents of Sokoto metropolis.
