The Sango-Ota Command of Federal Road Safety Corps has appealed to the Federal Government and Ogun Government to re-design the toll-gate at the Sango-Ota axis of the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway.
Adekunle Oguntoyinbo, Sango-Ota Unit Commander of the FRSC, told the News Agency of Nigeria that the accident happened at about 5.30pm.
Joshua Ibitomi, the Ifo Unit Commander of FRSC, gave the warning on Wednesday in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Ota.

The Federal Road Safety Corps, Sango-Ota Unit, on Saturday, said that two persons died while four others sustained various degrees of injuries in a multiple accident at Sango-Ota toll-gate.
Adekunle Oguntoyinbo, Sango-Ota Unit Commander of FRSC, told the News Agency of Nigeria in Ota that the trailer was recovered on Saturday at about 8.00 a. m.
Oguntoyinbo said that the auto crash occurred when the driver a Toyota Hiace bus with registration number LND 723 XE, heading toward Toll-Gate from Iyana-Iyesi, Sango-Ota lost control due to brake failure and in the process hit the road divider.
