Stoke are set to offer Chelsea £5 million to make the loan of winger Victor Moses permanent this summer.
Moses joined Stoke last August on a season-long loan deal.
He has scored three goals in 18 Premier League appearances after his loan was hit by injury problems earlier in the season.
But Stoke want to strike a deal with Chelsea to keep Moses, 24, at the Britannia Stadium.
He moved to Stamford Bridge in 2012 but failed to nail down a regular starting spot and spent the previous campaign with Liverpool.
