Hon Shina Peller on Saturday led dignitaries to the sod-turning ceremony to mark the commencement of the construction of the MKH Smart Homes project, which comprises two- and three-bedroom bungalows and Boys Quarters in Ido Community, Ibadan.
The project is aimed at providing a contemporary home in the exclusive environment of Ido, Ibadan, in Oyo State.
In his remarks, the executive chairman Ido Local Government, Ibadan, Oyo State Hon. Sherif Aderemi Adeojo, applauded the company for considering the Ido community as a worthy place to erect the project.
He was represented by his Councilor, Hon Lafisoye Wasiu .
The managing director of MKH, Kenny Muibi, also thanked consultants and clients/investors, both home and in the diaspora, for the confidence reposed in the company’s mission and vision.
He also assured all existing and potential investors that MKH Investment would continue to provide affordable homes and landed properties for the full benefit of humanity.
The Smart Homes are expected to be ready within 14 months.
