The Chairman of the Kaduna State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, Ambassador Nuhu Bajoga, has emerged the deputy governor of the state.
Bajoga is to serve as deputy to Governor Mukhtar Ramalan Yero, who ascended the leadership ladder of the state following the death of Governor Patrick Yakowa in a helicopter crash on December 15, 2012 in Bayelsa State.
The Kaduna State Commissioner for Information, Saidu Adamu, confirmed the development.
Adamu said: “Yes, the chairman of our PDP, Ambassador Nuhu Bajoga, was nominated by the governor to be his deputy.
“The name was forwarded to our state House of Assembly as the Constitution stipulates for further action.”
